The theme of the 2010 World Foundry Congress, to be held between 16th - 19th October 2010, is Green Foundry. Our world is facing the pressures of energy, resources and environment. Therefore, to explore new casting technologies and methods for energy conservation and environmental protection is, indeed, a crucial problem that needs to be solved for the sake of harmonious and sustainable development between human society and the nature.
